Karachi, The State Bank of Pakistan on Saturday announced the rates applicable for conversion into rupees of Foreign Currency Deposits, Dollar Bearer Certificates, Foreign Currency Bearer Certificates, Special US Dollar Bonds and profits thereon by all banks and for providing Forward Cover on Foreign Currency Deposits (Excluding F.E. 25 deposits) by the State Bank on 10th October, 2011. The rates are: US Dollar Rs 87.2475/=, Japanese Yen Rs 1.1377/=, Pound Sterling Rs 135.3644/= and Euro Rs 117.0686/.
