Karachi, In recognition of her outstanding efforts for provision of best customer care and outreach services by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Ltd (PTCL), Soofia Khanum was given the “Top Agent of the Karachi Contact Center Award” at the Annual Dinner Gala and Awards Ceremony of PTCL Contact Center Karachi.
Soofia Khanum received her award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Business Zone South, Furqan Habib, who was the chief guest on the occasion. PTCL Executive Vice President Technical South, Murad Ali Shah was present.
